Our focus is to help Renters learn the benefits of being a Homeowner. We help you through the process of buying a home, and often work with challenged credit and situations when others turn you away.

Each month we purchase and rehab homes. We start with a 6 point inspection and update the homes from top to bottom with a high attention to detail.

For each home, we first start with a thorough inspection of the property, including a foundation inspection, termite inspection, sewer lateral inspection, electrical system, plumbing, etc.

We study current trends in high end properties and put those designs into our homes – this sets us apart from others in the industry. We carefully put a lot of attention into the details, which makes all the difference.

Whats more? Each home comes with a Home Warranty to cover the costs of repairs with only a $75 deductible!

How does it work?

Home owners on average save 50% a month compared to renters

Step 1: Review our requirements below and if you meet those, fill out our Application

Step 2: We will respond to you quickly. If everything looks good we set a viewing time for us to meet you at the home that you want to see most.

Step 3: You meet us at the home and we explain the details. If all is clear and you agree with terms, we sign an agreement.

Step 4: Purchacing process: Done 1 of 2 ways

A. We connect you with a Mortgage Lender to qualify you for homeownership. We get you access grant money and 100% loans so most customers can become a homeowner with about $1500 out of pocket.

B. We work directly with you as your lender to purchase the home with Owner Financing were we sell the home to you by financing the purchase. (Requires a 20% down payment)

Step 5: You meet us at the title company to close on your new home, you get the keys and move in the house. You are now a Homeowner!

  • Full time employed, collecting VA, or Soc. Sec. for the last 2 years without any major gaps
  • No Bankruptcy, Foreclosure or Car repo last 2 years
  • No Section 8
  • Credit score at least 620 FICO or 580 for Vets – Go to to get your real FICO score. Do 1-Bureau with Experian for $20, Open your credit report and tell me your Mortgage Score FICO 2.
